For large series or specific manufacturing processes, we have established a large network of supporting workshops. These selected partners are all specialised in their field with many years of experience. Our value added contribution being to establish the specifications, order management, coordination between the partners and quality control. Since we take the ultimate responsibility for the product quality, the final quality control is always performed by Elios.

This production network enables us to offer a complete range of manufacturing and specialised services, at a very competitive cost. Our partners master, among other processes, conventional and CNC machining, auto lathe, 3D milling, cylindrical and surface grinding, gear cutting, EDM, wire cut, laser and plasma cutting, punching and metal sheet working.

We also offer surface treatments, metallic and non-metallic coatings, silk screen marking and laser engraving.
