LEAD TIME & DELIVERY

Each new project or inquiry is examined in detail and a quotation is issued at the soonest, depending on the complexity and the availability of the raw material required. Upon evaluation of the proposal with our customer and validation of the quote, we proceed to the planning and manufacturing of the parts, sub-assemblies or complete equipments.

The lead time can vary according to the complexity and the volume to produce, but 3 to 5 weeks are usually sufficient to produce the most common parts. The orders for which the weight does not exceed 45Kg are delivered directly to your premises by Courier Service. For the greater volume, air or sea freight is preferred due to economical reasons.

Usually the transportation and insurance fees are settled directly by Elios; therefore you will receive only one invoice. The Incoterms are generally DDU (Goods packed and delivered door to door included), The VAT and other Import Duty taxes are always charged to the recipient. Other delivery terms are of course available, such as EXW (Goods packed, transportation cost not included) or others to match your requirements.
